21 day challenge!

Hiiiii! Hope you've all had a smashing weekend!

At 6am this morning my alarm clock went off, reminding me that last night I had decided to go running. I felt like I could get back into bed and sleep until the middle of next week yet nevertheless I went out anyway. A quick half an hour run around where I live and I came back feeling so refreshed and buzzed (although I didn't have that nice Keira Knightley style glow it was more of a puffed out bulldog look)

So whilst on my run, using it as a nice thinking time too, I have decided to go on the 21 day challenge. I have seen this being done before and I eat quite healthily anyway so I don't think it'll be too hard. 

The 21 day challenge is when you eat:

• No fast food,
• No crisps,
• No chocolate,
• No sweets
• No biscuits or cookies
• No cakes, doughnuts or muffins,
• No pastries,
• No added sugars,
• No unhealthy fats.

Other aims of the 21 day challenge is to:

Up your sleeping quality and duration between 6-8. I always get at least 6, so hope to improve that to 7-8.

And to also work out 3-4 times a week.

McFly!

Hellooooo!

So last night me and my sister went to go see Mcfly in bournemouth which was ah-mazing! The last concert I went to was last July when I saw Blink 182 with two friends. This time, I wasn't too sure what to expect from it whether it would be how my eleven year old self would have imagined or filled with crazy fangirls. Needless to say my eleven year old self would have been delighted with myself, not only remembering all the words from their 2003 album but also..fangirling! If any of you haven't seen McFly live, I would 100% recommend it, they are great showmen and you'll have such a great night too!

The support act was also really good too. They were an up and coming band called The Vamps and I loved their song Cecilia too. They have just been signed to EMI records too so soon you'll be seeing and hearing them everywhere!

Although I am still feeling on a concert high, I always get this feeling after seeing a live act. Why don't I go and see bands, artists or comedians more often I ask myself? Feeling the thud of the bass beating through my chest, thrusting my hands in the air and singing along at the top of my voice not caring how bad I sound. It makes me want to see every artist or band I like. Then I get home and look at the prices online and remember why I stick to singing into my hairbrush with my iPod on full blast..

Nails of the day!

I tried to ombre my nails today (the important word here is tried) as you can see in the image below it didn't quite turn out how I wanted it too. I started with a white base and then use two  shades of blue BarryM nail varnish, one lighter and the other a little bit darker. I used an old make up sponge to create the ombre look and dabbed it across the lower half of my nail. To finish remove the excess nail varnish around the nail with some nail varnish remover and cover the nail with a top coat then you're good to go!

hello all! I hope you're all enjoying the sun! I wore this on Monday I just forgot to blog about it. I got this dress last year at charity fashion show for £20 and I love it! I love the colours and the fact that its really different to what types of maxi dresses i've seen other people wear.

1: Music is a massive part of my life. My iPod is probably my favourite possession, I always have earphones in listening to something, from the Foo Fighters to Kanye, Steps, TLC, Beyonce or even steel drums/hawaiian music. 

2:I love the taste of sour things like lemons and limes and those  really sour sweets!

Online shops.. part one

Do you ever get bored of browsing through Asos? Boohoo.com or other online shopping sites like me? I love online shopping as much as the next person, and don't get me wrong I love both ASOS and Boohoo.com but most people I know use those and its nice to have a bit of variety and wear something a bit different that is also nice!

The outnet sells designer clothes at a discounted price, some of it may be deemed a little out of price range at times but you never know, you could be lucky and spot a bargain.

Similarly to theoutnet.com this site also has designer clothes available from this seasons on trends to previous years. If you don't mind spending a bit more on your clothes and getting some designer pieces, I think this is the place to be. Also did i mention there is free post and packaging?

This website focuses mainly around vintage clothing and jewelry. What I like about this site is that instead of categorising things into their shapes or trend (like jeans into skinny, bootcut, wide leg for example) they do it on size, so you can see whats in your size right away.

I've never yet bought something from this site but I have longily gazed at the vintage chanel handbag collection. This website has a vast amount of vintage wears and tears from handbags, to furniture, clothes and jewellery and even vintage film posters. I'd totally recommend this website if you are interested in  vintage finds.

Nelly.com is a little more pricier than the rest however they styles and the clothes on this website are really unique and different from what you'd normally see in high street stores. This website has over 800 different brands on it in total so you're guaranteed a wide range of clothes.

There is something kind of ASOS-esque about the set out of this website, it started out as a vintage clothes website now it has grown into a internet platform of high street looks. With its array of bold leggings, my favourites either being the wine red velvet leggings or the pac man black leggings.

Thewhitepepper's clothing to me is also very similar to those you may find in urban outfitter's but about £20 cheaper. Eclectic and cool, thewhitepepper also has a styleme page which shows you how to style a certain outfit for certain occasions which I think is very helpful.

I think this site holds a few similarities to thewhitepepper in the clothes on there. I especially like the way they take a current trend and put their unique stamp on it.
